- By virtue of a memorandum of agreement, the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) provides books, research papers, discussion papers, journal issues of the Philippine Journal of Development (PJD), newsletter issues of the Development Research News, policy briefs, notes on basic economic concepts, information brochures, CDs of PIDS materials, and the like. PIDS collection is available for free to as many students, faculty, researchers, and general public as possible.
