The Cagayan State University delegates headed by Atty. Honorato M. Carag Jr. - Chief Administrative Officer, Dr. Adelgundo Agaloos - QMR, Ms. Lerma Egipto - DCO, Mr. Ronaldo Sumait - University Librarian, Ms. Evangeline Taguibao - University Records Officer, Ms. Wilma Taguibao - Law Librarian, Ms. Marie Paz Rico - CSU Gonzaga Librarian, Ms. Catherine Salva - CSU Lasam Librarian, Ms. Gemma Mamanao, CSU Aparri Librarian, and Ms. Esmenia Perdido - CSU Sanchez Mira Librarian attended the seminar-workshop entitled SINOP 2: A Course on Book Conservation & Print and Electronic Archiving held last April 20-22, 2016 at the Diamond Suites, Cebu City. The fruitful endeavor, organized by the Society of Filipino Archivists, primarily aimed participants a) to understand archiving and records management concepts and principles and perform selected records management skills; b) to perform intensive book and paper conservation skills; and c) to understand and apply archiving skills in print and electronic records.
