DSWD REGION 02 RECOGNIZED CSU AND THE UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN

The University Librarian, Mr. Ronaldo P. Sumait was recognized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DWSD) Regional Office No. 02, Tuguegarao City for sharing his skills and expertise in the installation of an Integrated Library System for the DSWD Regional Learning Resource Center (RLRC). Mr. John Lee P. Santiago, the Information Technology Staff of the CSU University Library was also recognized as a co-facilitator in the automation process of the RLRC. Said commendation was bestowed during the 67th Founding Anniversary Celebration of DSWD last February 27, 2018 at the DWSD – Field Office 02, Regional Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City. Moreover, The Cagayan State University – as a partner institution – was also acknowledged by the DSWD for charitably participating in the said endeavor. Dr. Editha Pagulayan, (CSU, Director for Instruction) one of the founders of the DSWD-RLRC project, received the plaque of appreciation accorded to the university.
