The University Library was awarded as one of the Most Outstanding Frontline Service Providers in the Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus (CSU- AC) for the Calendar Year 2018. As a result of the Frontline Services Satisfaction Survey conducted by the Office of the Campus Planning and Quality Assurance last October 22 - November 9, 2018, the University Library garnered an average score of 4.28 and 3.81 from the Faculty Members and Students, respectively. Said recognition was conferred by the Office of the Campus Executive Officer last February 28, 2019 at the University Gymnasium, CSU-CA. With this kind of appreciation from the Library Patrons, it is evident that the Library Services are effectively and efficiently delivered to its Clients. Aside from continuous acquisition of reference materials to support the curriculum needs of the programs offered by the University, the Library upgraded the computer hardware, software applications and internet connectivity in order to maximize the utilization of the available databases offered to its users.
