ARTA Act: Dynamic Approach to Responsive and Excellent Service
The Library personnel attended the Echo Seminar For: Anti Red Tape Act (ARTA) Act: Dynamic Approach to Responsive and Excellent Service organized by the Chief Administrative Office, UPDO and Training and Scholarship Office of Cagayan State University Andrews at CSU Amphitheatre last March 16 and 21, 2016. The said activity aimed to: ensure that CSU will be able to comply with the implementation guidelines for surprise report card survey to be conducted by the Civil Service Commission; and b) vie the seal of excellence award of ARTA implementation.
