"Continuous Collection Development and Discovery of Library Innovative Services": the University Librarian, Mr. Ronaldo P. Sumait, enunciated as one of the primary goals of the library, during the Orientation Program held at the Cagayan State University Andrews Campus Gymnasium last August 23, 2017. Furthermore, Mr. Sumait responded to the queries of the students who have had some experiences pertaining to the library services and its procedures, specifically about the e- Library provisions and the accumulation of overdue fines of unreturned books on specified days. The students, particularly the officers of the different colleges, actively participated in the said activity and suggested further the review and amendment of some parts of the library procedures to evade some glitches in the delivery of library operations.
