International Women’s Month
The College of Hospitality Industry Management and the Gender and Development Office celebrated the International Women’s Month and highlighted the Women Empowerment (WE) by conducting several activities for women which will enable them to exercise their skills and capabilities. One of which was the livelihood skills training on cupcake making last March 24, 2017 at the Cagayan State University, CHIM department, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. The main objective of the said activity is to empower youth and women to improve their livelihood through skills and income generation activity. This fruitful endeavor was attended by the women personnel of the university library, Beverly T. Lim, Marilou B. Gollayan, Karen M. Marcos and Marichu C. Pulanco.
