The CSU University Librarian, Mr. Ronaldo P. Sumait and Library Staff, Ms. Beverly T. Lim, Ms. Annette Pamittan and Ms. Maricris Semilla attended the Seminar-Workshop on Office Interfacing and Reference Coding Workshop organized by Training and Scholarship Office and Quality Management Representative (QMR) at the Conference Hall, Cagayan State University Andrews Campus last June 20-21, 2016. The said activity generally aimed to ensure that all the Office Procedures are systemic -- each office processes discerns its boundaries with another office. As all offices presented their Office Procedures, the participants thoroughly scrutinize each process and made necessary revisions to eliminate overlapping and guarantee the smooth flow of services. Moreover, the Document Control Officer, Ms. Lerma Egipto expounded the mechanisms on Reference Coding Workshop: a) Review of Quality Records Matrix Enrollment; b) Record Control; and c) Document Control.
