The Board Members of the Board of Librarians, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Manila Dr. Agnes Manlangit and Dr. Lourdes David flanked by Dr. Arnel Melad and Mr. Richard Turingan of PRC Region 02 visited the Cagayan State University - Andrews Campus Library last September 26, 2014. Mr. Ronaldo Sumait, a librarian, filled-up the inspection and monitoring tool and facilitated the said visit which is primarily aimed to look into the conditions affecting the practice of librarianship, and when necessary, adopt such measures as may be deemed proper for the enhancement and maintenance of high ethical, moral and professional standards of librarianship.
